Os aparelhos Galaxy Ace, Galaxy S i9000 e Galaxy S II i9100 foram retirados da acusação de plágio no julgamento. A alegação da juíza é que nenhum dos aparelhos está sendo vendido pela Samsung.

Essa virada no julgamento pode ser a grande oportunidade de contra-ataque da Samsung para cima da gigante norte-americana. A fabricante do Galaxy agora tem em mãos interrogatórios realizados com testemunhas da Apple, entre eles especialistas em design.

Ainda existem mais 18 celulares e dois tablets inclusos no julgamento, que devem ser analisados nos próximos dias. Provavelmente, a Samsung deve atacar a rival com acusações de infração de patentes em tecnologia sem fio.
