China vai construir uma nave espacial maior(China will build a larger spacecraft)

The Japanese space agency (JAXA) successfully launched today the carrier unmanned Kounotori III (HTV3), loaded with provisions for the International Space Station (ISS) from the Tanegashima Space Center, in the Southwest.
With ten meters long and 4.4 wide, the vehicle Kounotori III ("White Stork III") holds up to six tons of food, clothing and tools for research and is at an altitude of about 400 miles around the earth, said JAXA.

The National Aeronautics and Space nipónica, the rocket was launched at 11:06 hours (03:06 in Lisbon) for 15 minutes then separate and go along the planned route to the stipulated time.

Sobe… até o espaço!(Climb up the space ...!)

E lembra a história do “meros mortais”?

Again the Japanese - when they - they want to innovate. They always want to reach the peak of something through constructions phenomenal technology, large and impressive video games. Now they want to build an elevator for tourists of 32.876 km in height.

Just as I said at the beginning of this post, into space! Not just a simple tower in Tokyo, a lift to the mere mortals have the opportunity to see up close astronauts must meet the joy of the Orientals.
The company specializes in pharaonic buildings called The Obayashi Corporation, believes that by 2050 we will have this elevator without the environmental impact of a rocket. According to the company, the elevator will have a capacity of 30 passengers at a time into space at an average speed 202.6 km / h.
But believe me, even with this speed the trip was very long, with between 7 and 9 days to your destination. The material used to build the elevator shaft shall be carbon nanotubes, but the researchers will not be strong enough.
They believe that by 2050, will develop a technology based on genetically modified spider webs, which should be strong enough to hold the elevator into space after the rise.
And remember the story of "mere mortals"? I was referring to "mere mortals" who are not astronauts but they are filthy rich, because the whole project would cost billions of dollars and I doubt that popular prices will bring the expected return for the company in a short time.
