Serviço chinês cria assinatura falsa para fingir que emails foram enviados do iPhone(Chinese service creates fake signature to pretend that emails were sent from iPhone)

O iPhone se tornou um símbolo de status em muitas partes do mundo. Por isso, existem milhares de cópias baratas do gadget espalhadas por aí. Não satisfeitos em apenas replicar a aparência do dispositivo, os falsificadores começam a aprimorar os detalhes dos produtos similares.

Conforme publicação do site Geeky Gadgets, o mais recente aparato para isso é um serviço chinês que acrescenta uma assinatura falsa aos seus emails, simulando que você os teria enviado de um smartphone da Apple. Ao enviar uma mensagem eletrônica, o sistema adiciona a tag característica do aparelho da Maçã: “Sent from my iPhone” (“Enviado do meu iPhone”, em português).

De acordo com o blog do Financial Times, a empresa que disponibiliza esse mecanismo cobra uma mensalidade de US$ 1 pelo serviço.
