Um chapéu que geras pequenos estímulos elétricos em sua cabeça poderia torná-lo temporariamente mais criativo e inteligente, é o que aponta estudo elaborado pelo Centro para a Mente da Universidade de Sidney, Austrália, e publicado na revista Neuroscience Letters de maio.
O resultado foi alcançado por meio de testes que usavam o desafio de lógica dos nove pontos, que, conforme a publicação, a maioria das pessoas não é capaz de resolver. O objetivo é simples: ligar todos os pontos com apenas quatro linhas retas consecutivas, passando somente uma vez por cada um deles.
Após alguns minutos, nenhum dos voluntários conseguiu resolver a questão. Entretanto, quando metade do grupo foi equipada com uma espécie de tiara que emitia pequenos eletrochoques na cabeça para estimular o cérebro, o resultado foi outro: 40% dos indivíduos foram capazes de resolver o teste.
