 Aisen Chacin, uma estudante da escola de design Parsons de Nova York, criou um protótipo de tocador de MP3 que funciona acoplado nos dentes do usuário e toca a música directamente pelo crânio de quem ouve. Imagens do produto foram divulgadas no site da estudante.

Baptizado de Play-A-Grill, o aparelho combina um tocador de músicas com uma espécie de joia feita para colocar na boca (conhecida como Grill). “Essa peça traz a oportunidade perfeita para reapresentar um objeto de moda como um tocador de música”, explica Chacin.

A estudante explica que, como o ‘grill’ é usado sobre os dentes, o som pode ser transmitido pelos ossos do usuário, dispensando o uso de alto falantes ou fones de ouvido.

Segundo o site Mail Online, Chacin também instalou controles na parte de dentro da boca do tocador de MP3, para que os usuários possam mudar de música ou aumentar o volume usando sua língua.
