Os valores parecem mesmo assustadores. Um modelo de iPhone 5s, com 64 GB de memória, poderia ser comprado por US$ 400 lá fora, mas no lançamento brasileiro o preço subia para quase R$ 3,6 mil. O iPhone5c, versão mais pobre do aparelho, saia por R$ 2,400.

Porém, os novos iPhones tiveram mais sucesso que o lançamento do Playstation 4 no país. Antes mesmo de sua chegada as lojas, o aparelho já esteve envolto na polêmica de seu preço.
