Os media, banca e telecomunicações serão os sectores mais afetcados pelos avanços tecnológicos dentro de oito anos, segundo um estudo da Ricoh em parceria com a britânica The Economist, a que a Lusa teve hoje acesso.
O estudo, realizado com base no depoimento de 567 executivos, na sua maioria séniores, além de investigadores e analistas de mercado, visou analisar o impacto dos avanços tecnológicos na estrutura empresarial durante a próxima década.
Entre as várias conclusões, o estudo aponta que para as empresas que fizerem uma gestão eficaz, "'a recolha de dados' tornar-se-á um negócio por si só", e adianta ainda que "à medida que as transações se tornam automáticas e as colaborações cada vez mais virtuais, o propósito das lojas e dos escritórios irá mudar", haverá uma descentralização no processo de decisão e que "a estrutura empresarial em 2020 será mais transparente que nunca".
