O Avião do Futuro(The plain of the Future)

Alguns pesquisadores holandeses resolveram projectar o avião do futuro - “um avião ultra-ambientavelmente correcto” dizem eles. Em vez do vulgar “tubo com asas”, o avião do futuro irá parecer-se com um disco voador. Os pesquisadores afirmam que o projecto final não será um disco voador realmente nem como os aviões de hoje que já atingiram o seu pico de desenvolvimento.
Trata-se do Projecto CleanEra (”Era Limpa”) que começou em Maio de 2007 e terá uma duração prevista de 4 anos. O objectivo consiste em criar um avião que será quase neutro em termos de produtos poluentes e terá como capacidade 125 passageiros. Mas como nós (seres humanos) temos a mania das grandezas (estou a mentir?) obviamente que não se parará por aí.
