Apple volta à carga contra Samsung(Apple back to the load against Samsung)

A Apple lançou uma nova acção legal contra a Samsung por causa dos telemóveis. Desta vez o alvo é o novo modelo do grupo coreano, o Galaxy Nexus, um “smartphone” que utiliza o sistema Android da Google.

A Apple alega a violação de quatro patentes utilizadas no iphone. O grupo fundado por Steve Jobs diz que a Google também tem responsabilidades neste caso.

Apple has released a new legal action against Samsung because of mobile phones. This time the target is the new model of the Korean group, Galaxy Nexus,a "smartphone" that uses the Google Android system.
Apple alleges infringement of four patents used in the iphone. The group founded by Steve Jobs says that Google also has responsibilities in this case.
