China lançará voo espacial tripulado ainda em Junho(China to launch manned space flight still in June)

A China vai lançar ainda em Junho um voo espacial tripulado, o último passo no programa da potência asiática para abrigar uma estação espacial em 2020, a agência oficial Xinhua.

Segundo o texto, que não especifica o dia da decolagem, o foguete que transporta a nave Shenzhou-9 já foi instalado em uma plataforma de lançamento no noroeste do país.

"O lançamento acontecerá em algum momento em meados de Junho", disse um porta-voz do programa espacial, segundo a "Xinhua. Será a primeira missão espacial tripulada da China desde Setembro de 2008, e dela participarão três astronautas que se transferirão ao módulo orbital Tiangong-1, ao qual a aeronave se acoplará.

Depois do acoplamento, os astronautas entrarão temporariamente no Tiangong-1, onde desenvolverão experimentos científicos. "As preparações finais vão bem, e os astronautas selecionados completaram seu treinamento e estão em perfeitas condições físicas e mentais", declarou o mencionado porta-voz.

Em Novembro passado, a nave não tripulada Shenzou VIII retornou à Terra após completar dois acoplamentos ao Tiangong-1, na primeira conquista chinesa desse tipo.

A China se tornou o terceiro país, depois de Estados Unidos e Rússia, a finalizar com sucesso um lançamento tripulado em Outubro de 2003, com a nave Shenzou V e o astronauta Yang Liwei.

O Tiangong-1 é o primeiro módulo espacial chinês e foi lançado em setembro passado, mas a China planeja substituí-lo por uma estação espacial própria em 2020, onde uma tripulação possa viver de forma independente durante vários meses.

China became the third country after the United States and Russia to finalize a successful manned launch in October 2003, with the ship Shenzou V and astronaut Yang Liwei.
The Tiangong-1 is the first Chinese space module and was released last September, but China plans to replace it with a space station itself in 2020, wherea crew can live independently for several months.
